Resolution 052-1968 RESOLUTION NO. 52 -1968 WHEREAS, Monroe County, Florida has heretofore sold $2,600,000 Bridge Revenue Bonds, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 54-1967, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida on November 14, 1967, certain funds and accounts were created, and it was provided that same be deposited with and administered by The Florida National Bank and Trust Company at Miami, as Trustee, and WHEREAS, said Board desires to enter into a Trust Agreement with said Bank concerning said funds and their administration by said TrusteeJ and WHEREAS, it is necessary for said Board to name The Chemical Bank New York Trust Company as the New York paying agent for said Bridge Re- venue Bonds, as set forth therein, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that that certain Trust Agreement, dated July 12, 1968, between Monroe County, Florida and The Florida National Bank and Trust Company at Miami, as Trustee, concerning the deposit and administration of certain funds and accounts in connection with the $2,600,000 Bridge Revenue Bonds heretofore sold by Monroe County, FloridaJ be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor of Monroe County and Chairman of the Board be, and the Clerk of the Board be, and they are hereby auth- orized and directed to sign said Agreement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that The Chemical Bank New York Trust Company be, and the same is hereby designated as the New York paying agent for the $2,600,000 Bridge Revenue Bonds here- tofore sold by Monroe County, Florida.
