WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public
hearing on April 26, 1968, duly called and held in accordance with the zoning
regulations of Monroe County, Florida and the laws of the State of Florida,
considered th-e-.request of Key Largo Restaurant, by Paula J. Breen, for a
variance to permit single trailer occupancy on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2,
unrecorded plat of Oceana in Section 14, Twp. 6 1 S. , Rge. 39 E. , Key Largo,
Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, after taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring to
be heard, said Board denied said request, and
WHEREAS, the said Key Largo Restaurant, by Paula J. Breen, filed
an appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Flori-
da, in accordance with the laws applicable thereto, asking said Board to re-
verse the decision of the Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, on August 13, 1968, the Board of County Commissioners
heard such appeal, and after reviewing the record and proceedings and action
taken at said public hearing on April 26, 1968, and hearing all persons de-
siring to be heard, voted to uphold the decision of said Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution upholding the decision
of said Zoning Board, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board, made
at its public hearing held April 26, 1968, denying the request of Key Largo
Restaurant, by Paula J. Breen, for a variance to permit single trailer oc-
cupancy on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, unrecorded plat of Oceana in Sec-
tion 14, Twp. 61 S. , Rge. 39 E. , Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, be,
and the same is hereby upheld, and the appeal filed by said Key Largo Res-
taurant, by Paula J. Breen, requesting the Board of County Commissioners
to reverse the decision of said Zoning Board be, and the same is hereby
denied.
