RESOLUTION NO. 67 -1968
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida to make budgeted transfers previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1967-68, and to create a new
item in said budget, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1967-68 in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following funds:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #205. 23, Maintenance of Equipment, the
sum of $10.00 to Item #205.08, Insurance and Bonds.
Transfer from Item #566.18, Food and Dietary, the sum of
$25.00 to Item #566.0801, Insurance and Bonds.
Transfer from Item #676.13, Office Supplies and Expenses,
Including Printing, the sum of $150. 00 to Item #676.0801,
Insurance and Bonds.
Transfer from Item #684. 14, Supplies Not Otherwise Specified,
the sum of $400.00 to Item #684.23, Maintenance of Equipment.
Transfer from Item #557. 29, Utilities, the sum of $100.00 to
newly created item #557. 13, Office Supplies and Expenses,
Including Printing.
SUPPLEMENT TO GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #235.61, Matching Funds for Social Security
and Retirement, the sum of $100.00 to Item #235.23, Maintenance
of Equipment.
Transfer from Item #235.61, Matching Funds for Social Security
and Retirement, the sum of $200.00 to Item #235. 28, Rentals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the neces sary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
