Resolution 098-1968CJ • RESOLUTION NO.574' -1968 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, .Florida, by Tax Anticipation Warrant dated January 9, 1968, made a loan from the Key West State Bank, Key West, Florida, in the amount of Twenty- seven Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($27, 750. 00), with interest thereon at the rate of four per cent. (4%) per annum from date until paid, payable on December 31, 1968, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 65-547, Laws of Florida, Year 1965, and WHEREAS, under the provisions of said law, said.Board, with the consent of said bank, desires to extend the balance due on said loan as of December 31, 1968, for a period of one year, at the same rate of interest, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a Tax Anticipation Warrant in the amount of Thirteen Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($13, 875. 00), said sum being the balance due on the Tax Anticipation Warrant dated Jan- uary 9, 1968, as of December 31, 1968, be issued by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, payable on or before December 31, 1969, to the Key West State Bank, a banking corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with interest thereon at the rate of four per cent. (4%) per annum from date thereof until paid, upon the cancellation by the said Key West State Bank of the Tax Anticipation Warrant dated January 9, 1968, previously issued by said Board. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Mayor and Chairman of the Board, and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said Tax Anticipation Warrant, and deliver same to said bank, upon cancellation of the Tax Anticipation Warrant previously is sued.
