A RESOLUTION BY THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT, AS

WHEREAS, the Monroe County Development Review Committee
during a regular session held on June 17th, 1992, conducted a
review of the request filed by Kenneth Cianchette, requesting
final plat approval for an eighteen (18) lot subdivision to be
known as "Sunrise Strip", to be located on property described as
being a replat of a portion of Sombrero Properties Subdivision,
Sombrero Beach Road, Marathon, Section 10, Township 66 South,
Range 32 East, Tallahassee Meridian, Boot Key, Monroe County,
Florida, and located at approximately Mile Marker 57. The land

WHEREAS, the Monroe County Planning Commission during a

hearing on the final plat approval request; and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
final plat to Kenneth Cianchette for Sunrise Strip Subdivision
subj ect to the conditions as set forth in Planning Resolution
P04-93; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Final Plat as evaluated by the
Planning Commission is hereby attached to this resolution and
made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the recommendation by the Planning
Commission for approval of the attached Final Plat, including
all the terms, conditions and requirements contained therein,
is hereby affirmed.
Section 3. That this Board's Findings of Fact and
Conclusions of Law are predicated upon those specified in
Planning Commission Resolution P04 - 93, and which this Board
hereby adopts as it's own.
Section 4. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed
to forward three (3) certified copies of this Resolution and
its attachments to the Monroe County Planning Department.
Section 5. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Resolution and its
attachments in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
