RESOLUTION NO. 319-1993
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING THE APPEAL OF FRED
SNOWMAN AND REVERSING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
DECISION TO DENY THE DWELLING UNIT ALLOCATION AWARD FOR
BUILDING PERMIT NO. 92-3-8850 CONCERNING PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS LOT 75, MATECUMBE OCEAN BEACH, SECTION A,
LOWER MATECUMBE KEY, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, on May 21, 1993, the Planning Commission denied
Mr. Fred Snowman's request to have -6 points removed from his
dwelling unit allocation application for building permit no.
92-3-8850 for property described as Lot 75, Matecumbe Ocean
Beach, Section A, Lower Matecumbe Key, Monroe County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Snowman appealed said decision to the Board of
County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, this Board has heard the argument from both the
Appellant and Respondent and has reviewed the record of the

92-3-8850 in that the County failed to provide adequate evidence
of the loggerhead turtle habitat.
