RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, Bayview Properties, Inc., desires to convey certain
lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described lands in
Monroe County, Florida, to-wit:
A right-of-way and easement Twenty-five (25) Feet wide in
Section 32, Township 62 South, Range 38 East, in Monroe
County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 32,
thence proceed North along the East line of said Section 32,
said line being the centerline of Sunshine Boulevard, for a
distance of 1607.44 feet to a point of intersection with the cen-
terline of Coral Avenue, as shown on the plat of KAHIKI HAR-
BOR, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6 at
Page 3 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida; thence
continue North along the last described course, 25.35 feet to a
point of intersection with a line that is the Southwesterly exten-
sion of the Northerly right-of-way line of said Coral Avenue,
said point being the Point of Beginning of the following described
parcel; thence continue North along the last described course,
as shown on said plat of Kahiki Harbor, for a distance of 770.00
feet, passing through the center point of a curve, to a point of
intersection with the arc of said curve concave to the East;
thence proceed Westerly and Southerly along the arc of said
curve, having for its elements, a radius of 50.00 feet a central
angle of 1500, for 130.00 feet to a point of intersection with a
line that is 25.00 feet West of and parallel to the aforesaid center-
line of Sunshine Boulevard; thence proceed South along said line
that is 25.00 feet West of said centerline, 680.88 feet to a point
of intersection with a line that is the Southwesterly extension of
the said Northerly right-of-way line of Coral Avenue; thence
proceed N 800 30' 00" E, 25.35 feet to the Point of Beginning,
being deeded by Bayview Properties, Inc. to the County of Monroe, State of
Florida, for road purposes, be, and the said conveyance is hereby accepted
and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they
are hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said deed of
conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida.
