RESOLUTION APPROVING PLATS FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Rimersburg Coal Company, a Florida corporation, has
requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida approve for record a plat known as "Revised Plat of SUGARLOAF
SHORES SECTION D EXTENSION, located in Sections 2, 3 & 11, Twp. 67
South, Rge. 27 East, Sugarloaf Key, Monroe County, Florida'!, and a plat
known as "Revised Plat of Amended Plat of SUGARLOAF SHORES SECTION
F, in Government Lots 4 & 5, Section 3, and Government Lot 4, Section 4,
Township 67 South, Range 27 East, Sugarloaf Key, Monroe County, Flori-
dati, and
WHEREAS, in lieu of the bond required by the provisions of Chapter
59-1577 and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida, Acts of the Legislature Year
1959, the platter of said subdivision will enter into an Agreement with the
County of Monroe, State of Florida, to convey to said County Lots 87 through
110, inclusive, of said Revised Plat of Sugarloaf Shores Section D Extension,
as security for the construction and paving of said streets in said subdivi-
sions, and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor and County Zoning Director have
recommended that said Board approve said plats for record, provided said
Board waives the provisions contained in the above referred to law s, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the provisions of Chapter 59-1577
and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida, Acts of the Legislature Year 1959,
be, and the same are hereby waived, in that property is being accepted and
pledged in lieu of a bond, so far as the plat known as "Revised Plat of
SUGARLOAF SHORES SECTION D EXTENSION, located in Sections 2, 3 &
11, Twp. 67 South, Rge. 27 East, Sugarloaf Key, Monroe County, Florida'!
and the plat known as "Revised Plat of Amended Plat of SUGARLOAF
SHORES SECTION F, in Government Lots 4 & 5, Section 3, and Government
Lot 4, Section 4, Township 67 South, Range 27 East, Sugarloaf Key, Mon-
roe County, Florida" are concerned, and that said plats be, and the same
are hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said
Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificates of approval on said
plats, upon delivery to said Board of the executed Agreement above referred
to, and delivery of executed Deed conveying to said County Lots 87 through
110, inclusive, of said Revised Plat of Sugarloaf Shores Section D Extension.
