Resolution 018-1969RESOLUTION NO. 18 -1969 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida to make budgeted transfers previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1968-69, and to create new items in said budget, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1968-69 in the amounts hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following funds: GENERAL REVENUE FUND Transfer from Item #557. 29, Utilities, the sum of $50. 00 to Item #557. 14, Supplies Not Otherwise Specified. Transfer from Item#201. 14, Supplies Not Otherwise Specified, the sum of $50. 00 to newly created item #201. 85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers & Magazines. Transfer from Item #213. 02, Salaries and Wages, Other Employ- ees, the sum of $300. 00 to Item #213. 13, Office Supplies and Ex- penses, Including Printing. Transfer from Item #213. 02, Salaries and Wages, Other Employ- ees, the sum of $500. 00 to Item #813. 82, Capital Outlay. Transfer from Item #901. 96, Reserve for Contingencies, the sum of $200. 00 to Item #676. 85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers & Magazines.. Transfer from Item #901. 96, Reserve for Contingencies, the sum of $25. 00 to newly created item #679. 10, Acvertising. Transfer from Item #901. 96, Reserve for Contingencies, the sum of $100. 00 to Item #679. 14, Other Supplies. ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND Transfer from Item #452. 81, Roads Built by Contract, the sum of $2, 100. 00 to Item #452. 80, Outstanding Indebtedness on CRD ##11 of 1967-68 Budget. AIRPORT OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FUND Transfer from Item #674. 96, Contingency, the sum of $10. 00 to Item #674. 25, Medical and Surgical Supplies. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
