Resolution 025-1969 (j), \ RESOLUTION NO. 25 -1969 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida has been petitioned to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter de scribed map or plat, and WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing has been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, and WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made to the renouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby renounces and dis- claims any right of the County and the public in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit: A portion of Pompano Drive fronting the Northwesterly side of Lot 8, Blk. 10 according to plat of Anglers I Park, as re- corded in Plat Book 1 at Page 159 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: From the intersection of the dividing line between Lot 8 and Lot 6 in Block 10 with the South Right of Way line of Pompano Drive, all according to said plat of Anglers I Park; thence proceed West along the South Right of Way line of Pompano Drive 54.65 feet to a point of curvature of circular curve con- cave to the Southeast and having a radius of 25 feet, said point of curvature also being the Point of Beginning of the parcel here- inafter described; thence proceed Westerly and Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 600 a distance of 26. 18 feet to a point of tangent; thence proceed S 300 W along the Northwesterly side of said Lot 8, 60 feet more or less to mean high tide line of the Key Largo Waterway; thence meander said mean high tide line of the Key Largo Water- way Northwesterly and Northerly 85 feet more or less to a line which bears West from the Point of Beginning; thence proceed East, 50 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of the adoption of this Resolution by said Board in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
