I respectfully request that the County Commissioners vacate the alley known as Campbell Street in said subdivision, being 20 feet wide and approximately 394 feet in length; the reason being that the said alley has not been used as such since its' dedication in January, 1956, and the present development of the property in the subdivision indicates that there is no need for it as a dedicated street.
