Resolution 083-1969 RESOLUTION NO. 83 -1969 . WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioner,s of Monroe County, Florida has been petitioned to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing has been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, and WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made to the renouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County an~ the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby renounces and disclaims any right of the County and the public in and to the following de- scribed street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, to-wit: A part of Sombrero Boulevard of "THE SOMBRERO PROPER- TIES", as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 101 of the Public Re- cords of Monroe County, Florida, lying easterly of and adjacent to Parcel 9 (Clubhouse Site) of said "SOMBRERO PROPER TIES" and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Parcel~, said Northeast Corner to be known as the Point of Beginning ~f that part of Sombrero Boulevard hereinafter described, bear North 49 degrees and 29 minutes East, 56.93 feet; thence bear South 15 degrees and 57 minutes East, 283.81 feet; thence bear South 74 degrees and 03 minutes West, 50 feet to the Southeast Corner of Parcel 9; thence bear North 15 degrees and 57 minutes West, along the East Line of Parcel 9, 256. 59 feet, back to the Point of Beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby authorized and ordered to publish notice of the adoption of this Resolution by said Board in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
