RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 1979
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, the legal staff has prepared and reviewed the
attached contract and attests to its legal sufficiency, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the citizens and
taxpayers of Monroe County, Florida that said Agreement for
Disposal of Solid Waste be entered into, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA acting as the Board of Governors of the
Monroe County Municipal Service District, that the Chairman of
the Board be and he is hereby authorized to execute in behalf
of the Board of County Commissioners and the Municipal Service
District, the attached Agreement together with Exhibits A, B
and C attached thereto in duplicate originals.
RESOLVED in regular meeting at Key West, Florida this
day of February, A.D. 1979.
