RESOLUTION NO. 54 -1979
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Supplement to the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1978-79 to account for unanticipated funds received
from other governmental agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Supplement to the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1978-79, be, and the same is
hereby increased by the sum of $45,781.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Supplement to the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1978-79, an
item to be known as Item #335.700 State Aid to
Libraries, which said item shall contain the sum
of $45, 781. 00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Supplement to the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the
year 1978-79.
Item #2602.517.13 Salaries Non-Payroll $ 4,000.00
Item #2602.571.51 Office Supplies $ 6,000.00
Item #2602.571. 49.24 Advertising $ 150.00
Item #2602.571. 64 Capital Outlay $ 11,000.00
Item #2602.571. 66 Subscriptions $ 24,631. 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
