RESOLUTION NO. 61 -1979
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 176-1976 WHICH PRO-
VIDED FOR FIXING AMOUNTS TO BE CHARGED BY THE CLERK FOR
MAKING AND CERTIFYING COPIES OF COUNTY COMMISSION p~-
CORDS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners had previously
established by Resolution No. 176-1976 a standard schedule for
fees to be charged in regards to making, furnishing and certifying
copies of certain documents, and
WHEREAS, Florida Statutes Chapter 28 has now been amended
to adequately provide for such charges, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 176-1976 is hereby rescinded, re-
pealed and shall be of no force and effect.
