A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
EXECUTE A JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO PROVIDE FOR THE UNDERTAKING
OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT STUDY
OF THE KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to
execute a Joint Participation Agreement by and between the State
of Florida Department of Transportation and Monroe County,
Florida, a copy of same being attached hereto, to provide for
the undertaking of afi Environmental Impact Assessment Report
Study of the Key West International Airport.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the loth
day of April, 1979.
