RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1979
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, GUH CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation, has requested
that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
approve for record a plat known as "BERMUDA SHORES AMENDED, a
Replat of Portions of the Plat of 'Bermuda Shores' (P.B. 6, P. 70)
a Subdivision in Government Lot 1, Section 15, Township 61 South,
Range 39 East, Key Largo, l1onroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all of the plat filing rules
and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~1ISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "BERMUDA SHORES AMENDED, a
Replat of Portions of the Plat of 'Bermuda Shores' (P.B. 6, P. 70)
a Subdivision in Government Lot 1, Section 15, Township 61 South,
Range 39 East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", be, and the
same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of
said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of
approval of said plat.

Gentlemen:
This is to inform you that I have examined the docu-
ments submitted with the proposed plat entitled: "BERMUDA
SHORES AMENDED, a Replat of Portions of the Plat of 'Bermuda
Shores' (P.B. 6, P. 70) a Subdivision in Government Lot 1,
Section 15, Township 61 South, Range 39 East, Key Largo,
Monroe County, Florida".
It is my opinion that said documentation is complete,
and I have examined the original plat and find that same has
been legally executed by the owners of record submitting said
plat.
