RESOLUTION NO. 81 -1979 '
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAI~~ OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF
MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND CROSS KEY WATERWAYS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman is hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim
Deed by and between the County of Monroe, State of Florida, and
Cross Key Waterways, Inc., a copy of same being attached hereto,
conveying Lots 62, 63 and 64 of Bermuda Shores Subdivision, said
lots having been posted as security for the installation of im-
povements in said subdivision.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at its regular meeting held on the 10th
day of April, 1979.
