110-1979
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE
A JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BE-
TWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE
MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR EXCHANGE OF
SERVICES AND/OR FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Chairman of the Board be authorized
to execute a Joint Participation Agreement between the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
and the Municipal Service District of Monroe County,
Florida, a copy of same being attached hereto, for
exchange of services and/or facilities.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular
meeting held on the 8th day of March, 1979.
