RESOLUTION NO. 202-1979
RESOLUTION EXTENDING GRANT OF TEMPORARY
EASEMENT/PERMIT TO JOHN LAWRENCE FILER.
WHEREAS, MR. JOHN LAWRENCE FILER is in need of a one-
year extension of the Temporary Easement/Permit heretofore
granted to him pursuant to F.S. 336.60 so that while con-
struction is underway, vandalism may be prevented by erection
ofa temporary chain-link fence/gates on property located at
Big Torch Key, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Temporary Easement/Permit
heretofore granted to John Lawrence Filer by the Board in
September, 1977, be and the same is hereby extended for a
period of one (1) year until September 5, 1980, provided that
John Lawrence Filer shall sign at the bottom of this Resolu-
tion thereby binding himself to keep the terms and conditions
called for by that Temporary Easement/Permit as hereby ex-
tended.
RESOLVED in regular meeting at Marathon, Florida, this
18th day of September, A.D. 1979.
