RESOLUTION NO. 272A_ 1979
RESOLUTION REVERSING ZONING BOARD
UPON APPEAL OF DAVID INVESTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board, on July 27, 1979
denied the request of DAVID INVESTMENTS for Final Major Development
approval for property legally described as:
Tract S of the Amended Plat of
Mandalay as recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 25 and located in
Section 6, Township 62 South,
Range 39 East, Key Largo,
and,
WHEREAS, the said DAVID INVESTMENTS having duly appealed
said decision to the Board of County Commissioners and the Board
having reviewed the transcript of the July 27, 1979 hearing and,
after public hearing, having considered the argument of all parties
present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises
considered,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
1. That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board
of July 27, 1979 denying the requested Final Major Development
approval for DAVID INVESTMENTS be and the same is hereby reversed.
2. That the said DAVID INVESTMENTS be and it is hereby
granted Final Major Development approval for the reduced density
of 116 units rather than 120 units for said project.
RESOLVED in Regular Session at Plantation, Florida this
20th day of November, A.D., 1979.
