RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
THE FLORIDA KEYS LAND TRUST, INC.
WHEREAS, the Florida Keys Land Trust, Inc., has ex-
pended many hours of public service in surveying and docu-
menting the hardwood hammocks throughout Monroe County,
and
WHEREAS, said documentation would be of great value to
the residents of Monroe County and to visitors in years to
come such that same can be preserved for the future benefit
of all, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, does hereby publicly express its deep and
grateful appreciation to the Florida Keys Land Trust, Inc.,
and all of its members and other individuals who helped in
providing a survey of the hardwood hammocks throughout Monroe
County and preparing an atlas showing the location of said
hammocks.
2. That the Clerk of said Board is hereby directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Florida
Keys Land Trust, Inc.,
