RESOLUTION NO.IO - 1980
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
Airport Development and Replacement Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1979-80 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Other Gcvernmenta1 Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Airport Development and Replacement Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80, be, and the same
1S hereby increased by the sum of $148,500.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80, an item
to be known as Item #331-413, ADAP-FAA-EIR, $132,000.00
and Item #334-403, ADAP-DOT-EIR, $16,500.00, which
said Items shall contain the total sum of $148,500.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80:
Item #2408-542-62.01 Administration $ 900.00
Item #2408-542-62.02 Preliminary $ 8,500.00
Engineering
Item #2408-542-62.03 A & E (Basic) $ 6,750.00
Item #2408-542-62.04 Inspection $ 5,004.00
Item #2408-542-62.05 Construction $121,039.00
Item #2408-542-62.06 Contingency $ 6,257.00
TOTAL $148,500.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and the upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
