RESOLUTION NO. 18A - 1980
RESOLUTION AFFIRMING MONROE COUNIY ZONING BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT UPON APPEAL OF DR. FREDERICK MORRISON.
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment, on
August 10, 1979, denied the request of Dr. Frederick Morrison to
rescind the rollback on a dimensional variance granted to Dr. Stephen
Vulgen on the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 2 of Snug Harbor Addition #1
as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 155 and
located in Section 2, Township 66 South,
Range 28 East, Summerland Key, Florida.
WHEREAS, Dr. Frederick Morrison having duly appealed said
denial to the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners, sitting as
the Zoning Board of Appeal, and said Board having examined the transcript
of the August 10, 1979 hearing, and having considered the argument and
testimony of all interested parties present wishing to speak on the
matter, and all premises considered,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows:
1. That the Appeal of Dr. Frederick Morrison be and the
same 1S hereby denied and the Monroe Cmll1ty Zoning Board of Adjustment
decision of August 10, 1979 is hereby affirmed.
RESOLVED in regular session at Marathon, Florida this 15th
day of January, 1980.
