RESOLUTION NO.29 - 1980
RESOLUTION REVERSING MONROE COUNTY ZONING
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT UPON APPEAL OF BALTUFF
DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment, on
September 28, 1979, denied the request of BALTUFF DISPOSAL
SERVICE, INC. for a zoning change from GU to BU-2 on the
following described property:
Tract 22, of the unrecorded plat of "Tropic
Island Ranchettes", and located in Section
26, Township 66 South Range 29 East, Big Pine
Key.
and,
WHEREAS, the said BALTUFF DISPOSAL SERVICE, INC. having
duly appealed said decision to the Board of County Commissioners,
sitting as Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the
transcript of the September 28, 1979 hearing, having considered
the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the
matter, and all premises considered,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows:
1. That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board
of Adjustment of September 28, 1979 regarding the requested
zoning change for Ba1tuff Disposal Service, Inc. be and the
same is hereby reversed.
2. That the said Ba1tuff Disposal Service, Inc. be and
they are hereby granted a zoning change from GU to BU-2 on the
above described property.
RESOLVED in regular session at Key West, Florida this
29th day of January, A.D. 1980.
