Resolution 030-1980 RESOLUTION NO. 30 - 1980 RESOLUTION REVERSING MONROE COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT UPON APPEAL OF DAVID INVESTMENTS. WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment, on July 27, 1979, denied the request of DAVID INVESTMENTS for a zoning change from BU-3 to RU-4 and Final Major Development approval on the following described property: Tract 5 of the Amended Plat of Mandalay, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, and located in Section 6, Township 62 South, Range 39 East. and, WHEREAS, the said DAVID INVESTMENTS having duly appealed said decision to the Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the July 27, 1979 hearing, having considered the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows: 1. That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment of July 27, 1979 regarding the requested zoning change and Final Major Development Approval for David Investments be and the same is hereby reversed. 2. That the said David Investments be and they are hereby granted a zoning change from BU-3 to RU-4 and Final Major Development Approval to build 120 units.
