P~SOLUTION NO, 41_1980
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN ROADS IN
SEXTON COVE ESTATES AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, previously accepted the Plat of Sexton
Cove Estates recorded in Plat Book 6, page 30 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the County and the Developer previously
entered into an agreement whereby the roads were to be
installed by the Developer, and
WHEREAS, a certain portion of the roads have been
installed in accordance with County standards and have been
inspected by the County Road Department, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COt1MISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1, That the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, does hereby accept the following roads
in Sexton Cove:
" a, Sexton Cove Road from Grassy Road
t't\
ri to Westerly end,
b. All of Pelican Road
c. All of Flamingo Road
d, All of Snipe Road
e, The South half of Eagle Drive
2, That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Monroe
County Property Appraiser for his use and information,
