RESOLUTION NO. 49-1980
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAYMENT OF $16,383.23
TO RECREATION PLANNING ASSOCIATES, LTD. RELATED TO
TRUMAN ANNEX PLANNING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has engaged the firm of Recreation Planning Associates,
Ltd., for the purpose of preparing a redevelopment plan for
the County with regards to the Truman Annex Surplus Property, and
WHEREAS, the said Recreation Planning Associates, Ltd. has
submitted an invoice requesting partial payment in the amount of
$16,383.23 for reimbursable expenses related to Truman Annex
Planning Project, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commiss ioners des i res to authori~~_____

payment of said invoice, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That said Board hereby authorizes partial payment in the
amount of $16,383.23 for reimbursable expenses related to the
Truman Annex Planning Project be made to Recreation Planning
Associates, Ltd.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 12th day of February, 1980.
