RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JAMES M. BROWN TO
CONSTRUCT MARIPOSA AND ANGELFISH ROADS,
RAMROD SHORES MARINA SECTION, P.B. 6, PAGE 22.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
That JAMES M. BROWN, at his own expense be and he IS
hereby authorized, after obtaining all required perrnits to
construct Mariposa and Angelfish Roads according to the plat
of Rarnrod Shores Marina Section (Plat Book 6, Page 22, of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida) in accordance with
the Final Order entered in the cause pending before the State
of Florida, Departrnent of Environmental Regulation styled
D. E. R. vs. JAMES M. BROWN d/b/a Rarnrod Developrnent Cornpany,
Respondent, and in accordance with applicable County standards
for roads.
RESOLVED In regular rneeting at Key West, Monroe
County, Florida this 12th day of February, A. D., 1980.
