RESOLUTION NO. 185 -1978
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, desires to close to the public the hereinafter
described street, alley-way, road or highway, and
'iffiEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hear-
ing has been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes,
and
vlliEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made
to the c10sine to the public of the hereinafter described street,
alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter de-
scribed map or plat, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby closes to the
for motorized vehicular traffic
public/the following described street, alley-way, road or highway
as delineated on the hereinafter described man or plat, to-wit:
That part of State Road SRF 931, located on
Boot Key, Monroe Countv, Florida, which ex-
tends in a Southerly direction beyond the
intersection of the road going to the Radio
Station kno\vn as WFFG located on Boot Key.
Said part being closed is the Southerly 6,250
feet of SRF 931.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL\~D BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said
meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida
Statutes.
