RESOLUTION NO. 209 - 1978
RESOLUTION GRANTING ZONING APPEAL OF
BIG SPANISH COVE, INC.
WHEREAS, on March 31, 1978, the Monroe County Zoning Board-
denied the requested change of zoning made by BIG SPANISH COVE, INC.
that property described as Parcels A, B, C, E, G and N of an unrecor-
ded Plat of Big Spanish Cove Subdivision, No Name Key, Florida but
better described by metes and bounds description as prepared by C. G.
Bailey, Surveyor be rezoned from GU to RU-l,and
WHEREAS, the Appeal to the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida of said zoning denial was reversed on August I,
1978, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to confirm said action of the Board,
now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of March 31, 1978
concerning the requested zoning change of BIG SPANISH COVE, INC. be
and the same is hereby reversed.
2. That said property described above, be and the same is
hereby rezoned from GU to RU-l.
RESOLVED in regular meeting at Marathon, Monroe County,
Florida this 15th day of August, A.D. 1978.
