RESOLUTION NO.216 -1978
1iHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the
General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1977-78 to account for unanticipated funds received from other
governmental agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1977-78, be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $386,000.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in
the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1977-78, an item to be
known as Item #1924 Upper Keys Governmental
Center Tax Anticipation, which said item shall
contain the sum of $386,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized
under "Expenditures" in the General Revenue
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1977-78.
Item #2670.05.4011 Administration $ 2,608.00
Item #2670.05.4012 Architectual & Engineering $ 25,966.00
Item if26 70.05.4013 Project Inspection $ 2,442.00
Item #2670.05.4014 Construction $324,569.00
Item #2670.05.4015 Contingency $ 30,415.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated
funds, he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in
said items as set forth above.
