RESOLUTION NO. 299 -1978
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN
OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~1ISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BY
AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA,
AND STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES, DIVISION OF YOUTH SER-
VICES, BUREAU OF DETENTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman be authorized to execute a
Lease Agreement by and between the County of Monroe, State of
Florida, and State of Florida, Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Division of Youth Services, Bureau of Detention,
a copy of same being attached hereto.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 28th
day of November, 1978.
