RESOLUTION NO. 68 - 1980
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80, to account
for unanticipated funds received from Other Governmental Agencies, and,
WHEREAS, the Board had previously passed Resolution No. 43-1980,
which resolution the Board does wish to repeal, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY 1HE BOARD OF COUNfY COMMISSIONERS OF MJNROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 43-1980 is hereby repealed.
2. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1979-80, be, and the same is hereby increased by the sum of
$93,014.15 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year
1979-80, an item to be known as Item #331.595 NCOA
Senior Citizens (SCSP), which said Item shall contain
the sum of $93,014.15.
(2) The following increase IS hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the General Revenue fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80:
Item #1813-551-13.00, Salaries and Wages (Enrollee) $80,471.53
Item #1813-551-13.01, Salaries and Wages (Admin. ) $ 5,000.00
Item #1813-551-24.00, Workmen's Compensation (E) $ 2,405.50
Item #1813-551-24.01, Workmen's Compensation (A) $ 385.00
Item #1813-551-23.00, Health & Life Insurance (A) $ 160.00
Item #1813-551-22.00, Retirement (A) $ 480.00
Item #1813-551-21.00, Social Security (A) $ 325.00
Item #1813-551-40.00, Auto Allowance & Travel (E) $ 2,517.12
Item #1813-551-31.06, Medical Expenses (E) $ 1,270.00
TOTAL $93,014.15

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of the
said Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said items,
as set forth above.
