RESOLUTION NO. 94 -1980
RESOLUTION DECLARING A DEFINITE TIME AND PLACE
FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD TO CONSIDER THE
VACATING AND ANNULLING OF THE PLAT OF CORAL
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Monroe County has received a petition from the
owner of all the lots in Coral Heights Subdivision on Key
Vaca, Monroe County, Florida, requesting that the plat known
as Coral Heights Subdivision be vacated and annulled, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statutes 177.101 a definite
time and place for a public hearing must be established,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That on Tuesday, May 20, 1980, at 10:00 A.M. in the
Marathon Subcourthouse, Marathon, Monroe County, Florida,
the Board of County Commissioners will consider the advisability
of vacating and annulling the plat of Coral Heights Subdivision
as recorded in the Official Records of Monroe County, at
Plat Book 3, Page 144 and amended at Plat Book 3, page 167
of the Official Records of Monroe County, Florida.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the
8th day of April, 1980.
