RESOLUTION NO. 104-1980
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SALLY LINCK AS INDI-
VIDUAL AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR
VIOLATIONS OF COUNTY ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, by the terms of House Bill 3557 enacted into
law In the 1976 legislative session, any Monroe County building
and zoning enforcement offical designated by resolution of the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County may issue cita-
tions for violations of any Monroe County Ordinance, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the following
person IS qualified by reason of training and experience to issue
said citations, and the Board IS desirous of authorizing her to
issue citations for violations, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. That Sally Linck, Monroe County Building and
Zoning Official shall be authorized to issue citations for
violations of any Monroe County Ordinance in accordance with
the requirements of law:
2. That the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward certified copies of this resolution to the Honorable
Helio Gomez, Chief Circuit Judge; the Honorable M. Ignatius
Lester; the Honorable Paul E. Esquinaldo, County Judge, the
Honorable Richard G. Payne, County Judge; the Honorable David
Kirwan, County Judge; and to the Honorable Jeff Gautier, State
Attorney.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, this 8th day of April, 1980.
