RE SOL UT I ON NO. 11 7 - 1 9 8 0
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida desires to vacate and annul the plat of
Coral Heights Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were
made to the vacating and annulling of the plat of Coral
Heights Subdivision, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That said Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, does hereby vacate and annul the plat of
Coral Heights Subdivision as recorded in the Official Records
of Monroe County, at Plat Book 3, Page 144 and amended at

Plat Book 3, Page 167 of the Official Records of Monroe

County, Florida.
2. That the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby
ordered to publish notice of said vacation in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter 177.101, Florida Statutes.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida at a regular meeting held on the
20th day of May, 1980.
