RESOLUTION NO. 130 -1980
RESOLUTION ADOPTING ADDITIONS, CORRECTIONS
AND DELETIONS TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
ROLL OF 1980.
WHEREAS, the Director of the Monroe County Municipal Service
District has made numerous additions, deletions and corrections to
the Special Assessment Roll of 1980 and the same are contained in
the manila envelope titled, "Additions, Deletions and Corrections
made to the Special Assessment Roll of 1980", 4-3-80 through
5-13-80 and signed by Charles P. Aguero, Director, and
WHEREAS, it 1S proper that said roll be amended to adopt said
changes 1n order to accurately reflect only the parcel amount
numbers of those residential properties to be assessed for solid
waste pick up and disposal, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, acting as the governing body of the Monroe
County Municipal Service District, that the Special Assessment
Roll of 1980 be and the same is hereby amended in accordance with
the Additions, Deletions and Corrections made by the Director of
the Municipal Service District in the attached sealed envelope.
RESOLVED in regular meeting at Key West, Monroe County, Florida
this 3rd day of June, A.D. 1980.
