Resolution 171B-1980RESOLUTION NO. 171,E - 1980 RESOLUTION UPHOLDING DECISION OF MONROE COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT DENYING A REQUEST FOR A DIMENSIONAL VARIANCE FOR PROPOSED REZONING TO RU-6 ON LOTS 1 THROUGH 25 OF BLUE WATERS .SUBDIVISION BY FRED LOSLEY. WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment on May 9, 1980, denied the request of Fred Losley for a dimen- sional variance for rezoning to RU-7 on Lots 1 through 25, of Blue Waters subdivision on the following described property: and, 18.6 acres of Blue Waters Subdivision, Lots 1 through 25, as recorded in Plat B000k 4, Page 151 and located in Section 35, Township 67 South, Range 25 East, Stock Island. WHEREAS, the said Fred Losley having duly appealed said decision to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of appeals, and the.Board having reviewed the transcript of the May 9, 1980 hearing, having consider- ed the argument of all parties present wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore, BE IT.RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows: 1. That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment of May 9, 1980, regarding a dimensional variance for a proposed rezoning to RU-6 on Lots 1-through 25-of Blue Waters Subdivision for Fred Losley be and the same is hereby upheld. 2. That the said Fred Losley be and he is hereby denied a dimensional variance for rezoning to Ru-6 on Lots 1 through 25 on the ;-Vove described property. RESOLVED in regular session of the Board of County Com- missioners of Monroe.County, Florida, at Key West, Monroe County, Florida, this 15th day of July „ A.D. 1980.
