RESOLUTION NO. 204- 1980
WHEREAS, it 1S necessary to 1ncrease items under the
Municipal Service Tax District #4 Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1979-80 to account for unanticipated funds
received from Other Governmental Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~~IISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service Tax District #4 Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80, be, and the
same 1S hereby increased by the sum of $702.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service Tax District #4 Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1979-80, an item to be known as Item #
331.291, RFD - Fire Control Grant, which said item shall contain
the sum of $702.00.
(2) The following 1ncrease 1S hereby authorized
under "Expenditures" in the Municipal Service Tax District #4
Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80.

Capital Outlay Equipment
$702.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk
of said Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unantici-
pated funds, he is hereby authorized and directed to place said
funds in said items, as set forth above.
