RESOLUTION NO.205 - 1980
WHEREAS, it is necessary to 1ncrease items under the
Municipal Service District 100-B Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1979-80 to account for unanticipated
funds received from Other Governmental Agencies, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Municipal Service Tax District 100-B Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80, be, and
the same is hereby increased by the sum of $402.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Municipal Service Tax District 100-B Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1979-80, an item to be known as Item #
331.291 RFD - Fire Control Grant, which said item shall contain
the sum of $402.00.
(2) The following 1ncrease 1S hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Municipal Service Tax District 100-B Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1979-80.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated
funds, he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds
1n said items, as set forth above.
