RESOLUTION NO. 212-1980
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF APPROPRIATE
APPLICATION FOR MONIES FROM THE LEGISLATURE FOR SPECIAL
ROAD PROJECTS AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE
SAID APPLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Staff is hereby authorized to prepare the appro-
priate application for monies from the Legislature for Special
Road Projects.
2. That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute such appro-
priate application for the obtaining of monies from the Legislature
for Special Road Projects should funds be available.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 26th day of August, 1980.
