Resolution 231-1980 RESOLUTION NO. 231- 1980 RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE MONROE COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTEMENT DENYING THE REQUEST OF CHARLIE BROWN'S SEAFOOD, INC. TO REVERSE THE DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM BU-l TO BU-2E WITH AN EXISTING BU-l ON LOTS 10 & 11, BLOCK 1 OF BUTTONWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION, KEY LARGO, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment on February 22, 1980 denied the request of Charlie Brown's Seafood, Inc. for a change of zoning from BU-l to BU-2E with an existing BU-l on Lots 10 and 11, Block 1 of Buttonwood Shores Subdivision, Key Largo, Florida, on the following described property: Lots 10 and 11, Block 1 of Buttonwood Shores, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 3 and located in Section 28, Township 61 South, Range 39 East. Key Largo. WHEREAS, the said Charlie Brown's Seafood, Inc. having duly appealed said decision to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, sitting as the Board of Appeals, and the Board having reviewed the transcript of the February 22, 1980 hearing, having considered the argument of all parties wishing to speak on the matter, and all premises considered, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, sitting as the BOARD OF APPEALS, as follows: 1. That the decision of the Monroe County Zoning Board of Adjustment of February 22, 1980 denying the change of zoning from BU-l to BU-2E with an existing BU-l on Lots 10 and 11, Block 1 of Buttonwood Shores Subdivision, Key Largo, Florida be, and the same is hereby upheld. 2. That the said Charlie Brown's Seafood, Inc. be and it is hereby denied a reversement of the'decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment denying a change of zoning from BU-2E with an existing BU-l on Lots 10 and 11, Block 1 of Buttonwood Shores Subdivision, Key Largo, Florida on the above described property.
