Resolution 012-1981 RESOLUTION NO. 12-1981 RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING FLOOD INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND EXTENSION OF EFFECTIVE DATE, WHEREAS, the Federal government has adopted certain Flood Insurance requirements relative to the construction industry in the United States, and WHEREAS, Monroe County, Florida, has adopted an ordinance regu- lating development in the Flood Hazard Districts within Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, certain amendments have been proposed to the Federal law thus possibly requiring an amendment to the local ordinance, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows: 1.
