Resolution 030-1981 ] RESOLUTION NO. 30 - 1981 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or highway, and WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~~ISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 7, 1981, in Marathon, Monroe County, Florida, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway: Situated in the County of Monroe and State of Florida and known as being that portion of Sandy Avenue southwesterly of the westerly lines of Lots 22, & 36, Block 4 within Sea-Air Estates, a subdivision in part of Government Lot 1, Section 1, Township 66 South, Range 32 East and part of Government Lot 2 of Section 6, Township 66 South, Range 33 East on Vaca Key, Monroe County, Florida as shown by Plat recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 91 of Monroe County Public Records; bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Sandy Avenue as shown by the Plat of Sea-Air Estates recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 91 of Monroe County Public Records at the southwesterly corner of Lot 22, Block 4 of said Subdivision; thence bear South 450-06'-00" west 320.54 feet to a point of curvature; thence bear southwesterly and southerly on the arc of a curve deflecting to the left 87.05 feet to a point of tangency, said curve having a radius of 75.00 feet and a central angle of 660-30'-00"; thence continue bearing south 210-24'-00" East 35.00 feet to a point-of curvature; thence bear southerly and westerly on the arc of a curve deflecting to the right 39.27 feet, said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 900-00'-00"; thence bear South 210-24'-00" East 25.00 feet; thence bear North 680-36'-00" East 100.00 feet; thence bear North 210-24'-00" West 25.00 feet; thence bear westerly and northerly along the arc of a curve deflecting to the right 39.27 feet to a point of tangency, said curve having a central angle of 900-00'-00" Page 1 of 2 Pages and a radius of 25.00 feet; thence bear North 210-24'-00" West 35.00 feet to a point of curvature; thence bear northerly and easterly along the arc of a curve deflecting to the right 29.02 feet to a point of tangency, said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet and central angle of 660-30'-00"; thence bear North 450-06'-00" East 325.00 feet to the northwesterly corner of Lot 36, Block 4 of said Sea-Air Estates Subdivision; thence bear North 440-54'-00" West 25.00 feet; thence bear South 450-06'-00" West 4.46 feet; thence bear North 440-54'-00" West 25.00 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 22, Block 4 and place of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publfush notice of said meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes. Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 27th day of January, 1981.
