RESOLUTION NO.
68- 1981
WHEREAS, it IS necessary to Increase items under the
Supplement to General Revenue of the Monroe County Budget for
the year 1980-81 to account for unanticipated funds received
from Other Governmental Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Supplement to General Revenue of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1980-81, be, and the same is hereby
increased by the sum of $45,071.00 as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Revenue" in the
Supplement to General Revenue of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1980-81, an item to be known
as Item #334.710, State Aid to Libraries, which
said Item shall contain the sum of $45,071.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized under
"Expenditures" in the Supplement to General Revenue
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1980-81.
Item #002-2601-571-40.00 Auto Allow. & Travel $ 500.00
Item #002-2601-571-41.00 Communications $ 2,500.00
Item #002-2601-571-43.00 Utilities $ 3,000.00
Item #002-2601-571-44.00 Rentals $ 3,000.00
Item #002-2601-571-46.02 Maintenance of Equipment $ 2,000.00
Item #002-2601-571-64.00 Capital Outlay $ 2,000.00
Item #002-2601-571-66.00 Subscriptions $32,071.00
TOTAL $45,071.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and the upon receipt of the above unancitipated funds,
he is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said
items, as set forth above.
