RESOLUTION NO. 60 - 1978
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
TO EXECUTE HELIPAD LICENSE FOR KEYS
COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AND HELIPAD LEASE
WITH FISHERMEN'S HOSPITAL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman be and he is hereby a uthorized to
execute in behalf of the County, the Helipad License to be issued to
Keys Community Hospital, Inc. and the Lease from Fishermen's Hospital
relating to a helipad.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall thereafter mail
the executed License to Dale Lieberman, Esq. of Mesirov, Gelman,
Jaffe, Cramer & Jamieson, The Fidelity Building, Philadelphia, Penna.
19109, for execution by the Keys Community Hospital, Inc. corporation
and a certified copy of the executed Lease to Mr. Joseph M. Suiter,
The Fishermen's Hospital, 3301 Overseas Highway, Marathon, Florida
33050.
RESOLVED in regular session at Key West, Monroe County, Florida
this 7th day of March, A.D. 1978.
