A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHAlIU~N OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE CONSULTING AGREEMENT BY AND
BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND REYNOLDS, SMITH AND HILLS AND
PHILLIPS & TRICE SURVEYING, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman be authorized to execute a
Consulting Agreement by and between the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Monroe County, Florida, and Reynolds, Smith and Hills
and Phillips & Trice Surveying, Inc., a copy of same being attached
hereto.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 21st
day of ~~rch, 1978.
