A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
RUDOLPH 0. KRAUSE AND ROSEANN KRAUSE, HIS WIFE, AND
GERALD W. KRAUSE AND INGEBORG KRAUSE, HIS WIFE, AND
THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA, GRANTING
EXTENSION OF TIME FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS IN
SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2 OF CORAL SHORES ESTATES
MOBILE HOMES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD�)OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman be authorized to execute an
Agreement by and between Rudolph 0. Krause and Roseann Krause,
his wife, and Gerald W. Krause and Ingeborg Krause, his wife,
and the County of Monroe, State of Florida, a copy of same being
attached hereto, granting an extension of time for construction
of roads in Section 1 and Section 2 of Coral Shores Estates
Mobile Homes.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 21st
day of March, 1978.
