RESOLUTION NO. 86 - 1978
RESOLUTION GRANTING MAJOR DEVELOP-
MENT APPEAL OF THE MONROE COUNTY
HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, on February 21, 1978, the Monroe County Zoning
Board denied the request of the MONROE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY for
Final Major Development Plan approval for a parcel of real property
legally described as follows:
A tract of land in a part of Govt Lot 2,
Section 11, Township 66 South, Range 32
East, Marathon, Monroe County, Florida.
and,
WHEREAS, said MONROE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY having duly
appealed said denial to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, then sitting as the appeal board pursuant to Section
10, Ordinance No. 21-1975, and,
WHEREAS, on March 21, 1978, the Board having given due
consideration to said appeal and having acted favorably upon said
appeal, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MON-
ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows:
1. That the decision of the Zoning Board of February 21,
1978 relating to the denial of approval of the Final Development plan
of the MONROE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY for the real property first
described in this Resolution, be and the same is hereby reversed and
set aside.
2. That said Final Development plan as submitted by the
MONROE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY be and the same is hereby approved
and the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is authorized
to indicate such approval on the Final Development Plan by signing
the Certificate of Approval to be affixed thereto.
